An AI product company that uses fine-tuned AI on customer data to predict churn, contraction, and growth for software companies is seeking a Cloud Native Engineer to design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure across multiple customer environments. You will act as both a platform engineer and a customer-facing cloud architect, ensuring AI products are scalable, secure, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
