ITSM development and configuration for Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and CMDB CSDM alignment; develop workflows, catalog items, and record producers; implement SLAs, notifications, approvals, and automation
ITOM development and configuration for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence (AIOps), and Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP); configure probes, sensors, patterns, and discovery schedules; maintain CMDB population aligned with CSDM

Job Description
6-12 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
4+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow HRSD module implementation.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal / Employee Center
Configure MID Servers, data sources, and API connections.
Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for KPIs and trends.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes.
