ROLE: ServiceNow Developer
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) and strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable solutions that align risk, compliance, and portfolio execution with enterprise strategy. Supports end-to-end implementation efforts, including requirements translation, architecture design, workflow automation, and system integrations. Partners with business and technical stakeholders to deliver governance, risk visibility, and value-driven portfolio outcomes while ensuring platform best practices, performance, and security. Acts as a technical leader and mentor, driving innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) required
· 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
· Strong experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation
· Experience with Integration Hub and REST/SOAP API development (JSON)
· Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
· Solid understanding of ITIL processes (certification preferred)
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred or equivalent hands-on development experience
· Experience with Now Assist and AI-powered automation capabilities preferred, with a strong interest in leveraging AI to drive automation and efficiency
· Experience with bi-directional system integrations strongly preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design and develop scalable, maintainable solutions within ServiceNow IRM and SPM to support customer-facing operations
· Own end-to-end solution delivery, from design through deployment and continuous improvement
· Rapidly design and optimize automated workflows using Flow Designer to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
· Develop customer-facing portals and self-service capabilities to enhance user experience
· Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs
· Implement and maintain bi-directional data synchronization between ServiceNow and partner systems
· Leverage Now Assist and AI capabilities to drive intelligent automation and actionable insights
· Create and maintain service catalog items with automated fulfillment workflows
· Design notification and alerting mechanisms to improve communication and service delivery
· Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define and deliver scalable technical solutions
· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
· Develop and execute test cases to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions
· Document code, configurations, and solutions to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
· Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases and apply enhancements to continuously improve solutions
WORK EXPERIENCE:
· 5+ years delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments, including CSM, ITSM, IRM and SPM
· Demonstrated success implementing automation and integrations at scale
· Experience supporting customer-facing platforms or service delivery operations
· Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
· Strong communication and collaboration skills

· Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
· English: Fluent
