Requirements:

  • Resolve maintenance tickets (errors and enhancements) in SAP SD Retail
  • Manage client communication on tickets, describing solutions and requesting additional information
  • Ensure SLA adherence for ticket handling
  • Handle SAP SD tickets across different interfaces and participate in company training on platforms and technologies

  • Resolver chamados de manutenção (erros e melhorias) no SAP SD Retail;
  • Gerenciar a comunicação com clientes nos chamados, descrevendo soluções e/ou solicitando mais informações sobre os problemas;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs dos chamados;
  • Tratar chamados de SAP SD com diferentes interfaces;
  • Participar de treinamentos nas plataformas da empresa, incluindo ferramentas e tecnologias; diversas, não apenas SAP;
  • Demais rotinas da área.
