Roles & Responsibilities

7-12+ years of experience in Network Engineering and Security Operations
Strong expertise in BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN technologies
Proficiency with Juniper and AWS networking, including firewall and cloud connectivity
Hands-on experience with Zero Trust solutions (Zscaler ZIA/ZPA/ZDX) and policy management

Requirements:

Manage network engineering operations including BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP troubleshooting, DNS, and VPN
Maintain and optimize infrastructure (firewalls from Juniper/AWS, routers, switches, load balancers, and Aruba wireless)
Monitor performance and incidents using Datadog, Kentik, and Cribl; perform RCA and P1/P2 incident handling
Design, implement and troubleshoot Zero Trust environments with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA/ZDX and policy management

Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network & Zero Trust Engineer to manage and support enterprise-scale network infrastructure and Zero Trust environments across hybrid ecosystems (on-prem, datacenter, and cloud).

Key Responsibilities

• Network Engineering & Operations: Manage BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP troubleshooting, DNS, VPN
• Infrastructure: Firewalls (Juniper/AWS), routers, switches, load balancers, Aruba wireless
• Monitoring: Datadog, Kentik, Cribl for observability and performance
• Zero Trust (Zscaler): ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, policy management, troubleshooting
• Incident Management: Hybrid connectivity troubleshooting, RCA, P1/P2 handling
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement
