This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly proactive Business Development Representative to drive outbound efforts and generate qualified meetings within the defense and government sectors. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where success is measured by your ability to book high-quality meetings.
You will work directly with company leadership, targeting defense ecosystems across NATO and allied markets. This is not a strategy role β we are looking for a βdoerβ who can take initiative, experiment with outreach, and deliver results.
Workload: Part-time (20 hours/week)
Project duration: 6-month contract
Your duties
Research and identify target accounts across defense and government sectors
Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Generate and book qualified meetings with decision-makers
Manage and maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline
Develop and test outreach messaging tailored to defense audiences
Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting and priorities
Track and report outreach performance and key metrics weekly
