Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement and optimize policy servicing workflows across front-end and in-process experience
Conduct customer research and analyze behavior to inform experience design.
Convert insights into strategic design decisions that shape requirements and solution architecture.
Ensure all enhancements include reporting capabilities to measure KPI’s and track performance against business objectives.
Create and test interactive prototypes to iterate quickly and refine designs.
Deliver scalable technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Partner with IT and third-party vendors to plan and execute build activities.
Ensure compliance, data integrity, and security in all solutions.
Implement quote versioning and personalization for tailored customer experiences.
Generate functional, appealing features that address user needs and improve overall experience.
Perform ongoing data and process analysis to uncover insights, monitor performance, and propose enhancements.
Stay current with technology and design trends to maintain modern, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to gather requirements, validate designs, and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.
Manage backlog, including prioritization, grooming, and roadmap alignment.
Present design approaches, insights, and trade-offs to stakeholders; advocate for solutions aligned with business goals.
Document processes, requirements, and design specifications for reference and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Sets strategic direction and priorities for areas within your responsibility to meet ever changing customer demands and increase customer centricity. Formulates, prioritizes and negotiates technology strategy with enterprise and shared service business partners in support of strategic imperatives to advance digital capabilities and non-digital access points
Work closely and in cooperation with Business partners, Technology teams and thought leaders to identify areas of opportunity, introduce new capabilities, and root cause analysis / problem solving efforts that effectively maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
You'll direct the activities and staff responsible for providing business performance management, requirements for changes and enhancements, testing and implementation of forward-facing and meaningful business transformation plans.
Oversees projects and initiatives aimed at advancing our highest priority projects that advance the overall Pl strategy (Tier 1, Tier 2), to ensure appropriate scope, quality of applications, and proper management of schedule, cost control and alignment with approved corporate architecture. Partners with business technical leaders and field operations to develop workflows, systems applications, and processes that meet business needs.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance that influence business decisions and drive alignment with Personal Lines (PL) objectives.
Own budget accountability for technology initiatives, ensuring financial stewardship and prioritization of investments that enable business outcomes.
Partner with Technology teams to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and long-term growth.
Ensure all initiatives align with PL strategy, leveraging OKRs and QBRs and Milestones to measure impact, track progress, and maintain transparency on performance.
Champion cross-functional collaboration, fostering strong relationships between business and technology to accelerate transformation and innovation.
Provides leadership, coaching, development and evaluation of direct reports.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to a VP.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education/Certification/Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, insurance, or related field. BS/BA degree.
Experience: 15 years of Personal or Commercial lines in various roles of increasing responsibility. 5+ years in a leadership capacity at an executive level.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Deep knowledge and understanding of program and project management, change leadership, and claims operations. 5 years leading in a technology environment preferred. Ability to execute and influence across different business units and with leaders of varying authority levels. Demonstrated success with large scale operational, project execution with sustained change and improved business results.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and HR Business Partner.
