About the Role
Intelligize is seeking a Financial Reporting Product Specialist to join our Product Specialist team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SEC compliance, external reporting, and financial reporting workflows, especially related to Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
This person will bring practical experience and credibility to help shape and support Intelligize’s financial reporting solution areas. They will work closely with Product Development to explore, validate, and refine enhancements and new product capabilities tied to accounting and financial reporting workflows. They will also serve as a key internal and external evangelist for Intelligize’s financial reporting value proposition through customer meetings, webinars, conference speaking opportunities, panel participation, and field enablement.
The ideal candidate understands the day-to-day realities of financial reporting teams and can translate those workflows, pain points, and priorities into product insight, customer value, and stronger go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Validation
Partner closely with Product Development and Product Management to inform financial reporting solution strategy, roadmap direction, and feature validation.
Bring practical knowledge of SEC reporting and accounting workflows to support product builds and enhancements.
Help assess new ideas and capabilities against real customer needs, use cases, and workflow challenges.
Translate customer feedback, reporting trends, and market needs into actionable product insight.
Customer Engagement and Market Evangelism
Represent Intelligize’s financial reporting solutions in customer meetings, strategic presentations, and selected high-value opportunities.
Participate in and help lead customer-facing webinars, thought leadership events, conference sessions, and panel discussions.
Serve as a credible subject matter expert with accounting, finance, and reporting personas by connecting Intelligize capabilities to real reporting workflows and disclosure needs.
Help communicate the evolving value of Intelligize financial reporting solutions in a practical, relevant, and customer-oriented way.
Internal Enablement
Support Sales, Account Managers, and Solutions Consultants with deeper understanding of financial reporting workflows, customer pain points, and persona-specific needs.
Develop and deliver enablement resources, training sessions, and practical guidance to strengthen internal fluency around SEC reporting and financial reporting workflows.
Help customer-facing teams’ better position Intelligize in conversations involving Controllers, SEC reporting teams, accounting leaders, and other financial reporting stakeholders.
Create reusable materials and best practices that improve internal readiness and consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting to support go-to-market readiness and consistent messaging.
Help ensure product direction, field understanding, and market positioning remain aligned around financial reporting use cases.
Contribute to broader strategic initiatives tied to Intelligize’s financial reporting solutions and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in SEC reporting, external reporting, corporate accounting, or financial reporting.
Strong hands-on understanding of SEC compliance and reporting workflows, especially related to Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
Familiarity with broader SEC filing and disclosure requirements, including forms such as 8-K, DEF 14A, and 20-F, is a plus.
Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting concepts relevant to public company reporting environments.
Ability to translate practical reporting experience into product feedback, customer-facing value, and internal enablement.
Strong presentation and communication skills, including comfort leading webinars, speaking in customer settings, and participating in conferences or panels.
Experience engaging with or supporting Controllers, SEC reporting teams, accounting leaders, or similar corporate personas.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to connect workflow challenges to practical solutions.
Experience in enablement, training, product validation, or customer-facing specialist roles is preferred.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $109,200. Total Target Cash Range: $100,900 - $168,200. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
