The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

RTX’s Global Executive Recruiting Team is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition Recruiter and Sourcer to serve as a key partner in attracting world-class executive talent. As a strategist, thought leader, and subject matter expert in executive sourcing, this role will work directly with the Executive Search Team to help the business scale and recruit top leaders for executive roles across multiple business units. This position reports to the Head of Executive Recruiting and will be a key member of the executive recruiting team within Talent Acquisition.

What You Will Do

  • Perform talent sourcing, mapping and recruiting using your deep knowledge to serve as a thought partner and a true talent consultant for the team.
  • Contact candidates to elicit interest in opportunities, obtain referrals, and/or collect market intelligence.
  • Own the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all Search information in the various internal and external research tools.
  • Develop market presence and personal brand as an ambassador of RTX.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration.
  • Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative outreach to attract perspective candidates.
  • Measure the success of sourcing and outreach through tracking metrics and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Act with the highest regard to professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Create robust search strategies to identify top talent, including talent in niche spaces.
  • Effectively source candidates for a variety of roles, to include eliciting potential interest.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sourcing and recruiting experience in competitive market spaces.
  • Experience as a visionary sourcer, using creative sourcing strategies across various tools.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
