Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and strategic Finance and Legal Procurement Category Manager to join our Global Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing how Iron Mountain procures goods and services for Finance and Legal functions, driving cost reductions, and fostering high-performance supplier partnerships.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead Strategic Sourcing Execution: Independently manage the end-to-end sourcing process—including market research, competitive bidding, and contract negotiation—to deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Act as the primary procurement partner for Finance and Legal teams to ensure all sourcing activities align with global category strategies and specific department deadlines.
• Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor supplier performance against Key Performance Indicators and ensure all activities comply with global risk frameworks and corporate standards, including Supplier Diversity goals.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–5 years of progressive procurement experience in a large corporate environment, specifically managing complex service contracts.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing lifecycles and technical proficiency in Electronic Sourcing tools such as Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Ariba or Coupa.
• Proven ability in spend analysis and stakeholder management, with the capacity to interpret financial data to build compelling business cases.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance; a professional certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is highly encouraged.
