Location: Full remote (EU preferred, no sanctioned countries).
What You’ll Do
— Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and product roles (Marketing, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Finance, Engineering).
— Work closely with hiring managers & HR to define hiring needs and strategy.
— Build strong talent pipelines through active sourcing, networking, referrals, and employer branding activities.
— Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage.
— Conduct screenings & interviews, assess soft and technical fit, and manage candidate experience.
— Use data & metrics to improve recruitment processes (time-to-hire, funnel conversion, source efficiency).
What We’re Looking Fo
— 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within Fintech, Crypto, Payments, Financial Services, or other fast-growing regulated environments. Regulatory hiring exposure is a strong advantage.
— We are looking for a hands-on recruiter who enjoys managing structured hiring processes, working with inbound candidate pipelines, and supporting both specialist and high-volume recruitment as the company scales globally.
— Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer stage and candidate management.
— Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, including specialist and senior-level roles.
— Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns or hiring for operational teams (Customer Support, Operations, Risk or Compliance) is highly beneficial.
— Experience recruiting across international markets (Europe, UK, CEE or Asia) and comfortable working in distributed teams.
— Strong candidate management and stakeholder communication skills.
— Solid sourcing capabilities including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and proactive candidate outreach.
— Experience using ATS systems (BambooHR or similar).
— Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
