Assistant Buyer - Wholesale

We’re looking for an Assistant Buyer to join our Wholesale Team, someone who is analytical, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in big box retail or department stores (e.g., Macy’s, Nordstrom, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Market Week
• Background in demand planning and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
• Experience building and working with reports
• Bilingual (English - Spanish preferred)
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Partner and communicate with buyers and cross-functional teams to drive business decisions
• Analyze sales performance, trends, and inventory to support wholesale strategy
• Build and maintain reports to track key metrics and opportunities
• Support demand planning and forecasting processes
• Manage and improve operational processes within the wholesale function
• Contribute insights and recommendations to optimize assortment and performance
