Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical knowledge of HPE Networking product offerings and demonstrated excellence in technical sales with HPE Networking Certifications

  • Communicate direction to the team in line with the Channel Org and HPE Networking BU vision and strategy, and manage the presales motion toward growth and profitability
  • Create a high-performing team through recruiting, developing, and retaining talent; coach to ensure best-in-class individual and team performance
  • Engage partner executives and technical experts to understand their and customers' business context, build trust, and deliver HPE's value proposition in line with that
  • Partner with BU leaders and key stakeholders to maximize cross-HPE team efficiency and customer success; establish partner enablement procedures for HPE Networking

In this role as Manager Channel SE for Central Europe you will:  

  • Communicate direction to the team in line with the Channel Org and HPE Networking BUs vision and strategy and manage the presales motion towards growth and increased profitability.
  • Create a high performing team through recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Coach to assure best in class individual and team performance.
  • Engage partner executives and technical experts to understand their and customers’ business context, build trust, and deliver HPE’s value proposition in line with that.
  • Support early-stage opportunities by managing top customers’ and partner executive level relationships.
  • Partner with BU leaders and key stakeholders to maximize cross-HPE team efficiency and customer success.
  • Help the team to bust barriers and overcome obstacles.
  • Establish partner enablement procedures for HPE Networking.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

  • University or Master’s degree preferred
  • +10 years of working experience in an IT Networking presales environment
  • Experience in direct or indirect people management/leadership
  • Demonstrated excellence in technical sales with HPE Networking Certifications
  • Technical knowledge of our HPE Networking product offerings
  • Channel focus and experience preferred
  • Ability to develop, mentor, inspire, and motivate people and create a winning team
  • Dynamic character challenging status quo and fostering a creative mindset within a group
  • Excellent communication skills to navigate in a complex matrix organization
  • High level of responsibility and confidence
  • Business fluency in German and English language
