DSP-CPT-10816 - Amazon DSP Recruiter Admin VA – [Business Support VA/Junior Level] (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon DPS Virtual Assistant to support the driver hiring process for a logistics company. The VA will be responsible for reviewing applicants, conducting pre-qualification phone screenings, updating candidate records, and initiating onboarding procedures.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured recruitment workflows.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

1. Applicant Screening

  • Review candidate profiles, resumes, and contact details.

2. Candidate Outreach

  • Conduct outbound calls to new applicants.
  • Follow the provided pre-qualification call script.
  • Ask eligibility questions.

3. Candidate Evaluation

  • Identify automatic disqualifiers and DSP red flags.

4. Candidate Status Management

  • Update candidate status in the ATS

5. Candidate Documentation

  • Record detailed notes for each applicant interaction.
  • Document reasons for rejection or progression.
  • Maintain clear candidate records for compliance and tracking.

6. Onboarding Coordination

  • Add applicant details into the Amazon Cortex system.
  • Send onboarding invitations.
  • Book training schedules for applicants

7. Communication & Reporting

  • Send daily updates of newly added candidates to the team via Slack.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding onboarding progress.

Virtual Assistant QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Equivalent experience in recruitment, sourcing, or administrative support is acceptable.


    Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


    Skills

    The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

    • At least 1–2 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR support. (preferred but not required).
    • Must have at least 1–2 years experience in BPO industry as inbound/outbound caller.
    • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters or similar platforms. (preferred but not required).
    • Experience conducting phone screenings or pre-qualification interviews is a plus.
    • Experience working with US-based clients and time zones (EST) is required.
    • Experience supporting logistics, delivery, transportation, or staffing companies is a plus.

    Technical SkillsPreferred:

    • Amazon DSP experience is a plus.

    Must have:

    • Experience using VoIP calling platforms similar to Quo, internal communication tools similar to Slack, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
    • Strong documentation and note-taking skills

      Work Schedule

      • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
      • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
      • Daily Working Time: EST, TBD.

      Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

      Terms of Engagement

      • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
      • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
      • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
