Principal Solutions Consultant

We are looking for a skilled and forward‑thinking Solution Consultant to play a key role in delivering successful outcomes for our customers on some of our most strategic and high‑impact engagements. In this role, you will work closely with customers to configure, personalise, or develop our software solutions to meet their unique business needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organisations through transformational initiatives and ensuring they achieve measurable value from their investment.

Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to the evolution of our Professional Services function by shaping best practices, developing world‑class onboarding and training materials, and supporting internal teams across Customer Success, Product, and Sales. You will also contribute to thought leadership within your industry area, helping to expand the reach and credibility of our services through insight, expertise, and innovation.

• Delivering successful customer outcomes across critical and strategic engagements.
• Supporting customers through transformational initiatives to maximise the value of their solution.
• Managing project consulting deliverables and ensuring alignment with agreed scope.
• Communicating effectively with senior customer stakeholders and internal colleagues.
• Researching industry trends and emerging ideas to help strengthen thought leadership.
• Creating and presenting proposals, demonstrating commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Understanding evolving market trends and the broader competitive landscape.
• Developing and delivering world‑class onboarding and training materials to accelerate consultant readiness.

• You are recognised for your expertise in configuring, personalising, or developing Ideagen software (or similar solutions) to meet customer needs.
• You have years of consulting experience, ideally within technology or SaaS environments.
• You demonstrate strong presence and credibility when engaging with executive‑level stakeholders.
• You are highly organised, with strong time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• You are innovative, forward‑thinking, and comfortable shaping new ideas and approaches.
• You have proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office and SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce).
• You have experience supporting or managing others, such as through coaching, mentoring, or matrix leadership.
• You bring strong leadership qualities, effective negotiation skills, and experience in business development.
