Roles & Responsibilities

Experience designing, building, and maintaining cloud data infrastructure for scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines
Hands-on experience developing and optimizing ETL pipelines into BigQuery
Experience integrating data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, spreadsheets) and ensuring data quality and integrity
Familiarity with monitoring data workflows, issue resolution, and applying data governance and best practices in a remote team environment

Requirements:

Design, build, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure to support data engineering processes, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
Develop and optimize automated ETL pipelines for efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of structured and unstructured data into BigQuery
Integrate data from various sources (APIs, databases, spreadsheets) into BigQuery and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and quality checks
Monitor, maintain, and optimize data workflows; document workflows, follow data regulations, and continuously improve processes by staying updated on new technologies
