❕This role is 100% remote, and you will join a team that already Works from 20 different world countries. 

THE ROLE

This role offers a mix of hands-on financial tasks, such as payroll, budgeting, and cost management, along with administrative responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll also have the chance to grow and take ownership, learning from experienced professionals while contributing your unique perspective.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Inventory Manager, HR Manager, and CCO on key financial tasks such as bill payments, payroll, and financial records.

  • Ensure accurate and organized financial documentation, adhering to company policies.

  • Assist in preparing insightful financial reports.

  • Administrative Tasks: Support cross-functional projects by completing critical tasks.

  • Handle data entry, updates, and maintenance in spreadsheets and databases.

  • Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and agreements precisely.

  • Gain hands-on experience in finance operations and grow your knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and audits.

  • Learn from our seasoned finance team and take on increasing ownership of tasks.
