That’s why we’re on the hunt for the Community Growth & Sales Specialist who’s ready to make a real impact. 

❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries. 

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mind to turn online communities—especially Facebook groups—into revenue-generating powerhouses. You’ll drive engagement, build relationships, and convert active audiences into customers.

If you love solving complex puzzles, spotting untapped opportunities, and figuring things out independently, this might be your dream job.

This isn’t a role for someone who waits for instructions. We need a problem solver who thrives on challenges, loves puzzles, and finds creative ways to drive sales without relying on traditional marketing channels.

You’ll have access to a high-level, premium training program to master community-based sales strategies, but ultimately, we expect you to take ownership, experiment, and make things happen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create visuals and copy that grab attention and build trust.

  • Solve problems on the spot—whether it’s engagement drops, algorithm shifts, or content flops.

  • Run experiments and track data to constantly optimize your approach.

  • Own the entire sales pipeline from community interactions to conversions—no micromanagement, just results.
