As we continue to grow in the The Americas markets, we’re seeking a Sales Director to own and drive revenue across this region.

This is a player-coach role where you will lead a small team while actively driving revenue by owning your territory and carrying your own quota.

This role is for you if you…

  • You have 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in SaaS and consultative selling.

  • You have a strong track record of building, leading, and elevating high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed targets.

  • You are very senior in the US retail and e-commerce landscape — you understand market dynamics, key players, buying cycles, and what drives value for retailers and brands in the USA.

  • You speak and write fluent English

  • You have proven experience leading complex enterprise and mid-market deals end-to-end, from pipeline build to close.

  • You’ve consistently hit and exceeded revenue targets in competitive markets.

  • You are a strategic thinker who can translate customer pain into business outcomes and long-term partnerships.

  • You’re comfortable working fully remote and async, using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and modern sales enablement stacks.

  • You’re a self-starter who thrives on ownership, pace, and building something bigger than yourself.

This role is NOT for you if you…

  • Need layers of process or someone to constantly tell you what to do

  • Prefer “business as usual” over change

  • Want a team where mediocre is okay

  • Have never worked remotely and think async means “lonely”

  • Are waiting for permission instead of taking initiative

  • Don’t enjoy hands-on selling alongside strategic leadership
