You have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing teams.
You speak and write fluent French — this is non-negotiable.
You’ve owned a full-cycle closing role before, from outbound to signature, with consistent target overachievement.
You are truly independent: you don’t wait for leads or instructions — you create your own momentum.
You are very comfortable owning outreach: prospecting, sequencing, follow-ups, multithreading, and building pipeline is part of your daily craft.
You have a resilient, driven, problem-solver mentality — setbacks don’t slow you down, they sharpen you.
You’re confident engaging senior stakeholders (Head/Director/VP level) and can lead commercial conversations with clarity and authority.
You know how to sell value, not just features, and can connect product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
You’re used to working with modern tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Slack, Zoom, and sales enablement stacks.
You thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote culture and love working with international teams.
