Job description

About High Scale

We’re High Scale — a future-focused, data-obsessed agency revolutionizing video advertising on TV and social media. Think Amazon’s obsession with customer experience meets SpaceX’s fearless ambition—that’s the DNA behind everything we do.

Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need an Audiovisual Producer (Realizador Audiovisual) who is a master of the entire post-production spectrum, blending storytelling, rhythm, and sound into a cohesive masterpiece.

Why This Role Matters

Holistic storytelling, sensory impact, and creative autonomy are your playground. In this role, you aren't just an "editor"—you are a creator. You will take ownership of the entire audiovisual experience, from the narrative cut to the sound design, color grade, and motion graphics.

This role is designed for the "Preditor" (Producer/Editor)—the multifaceted talent common in the LATAM market who can take a folder of raw assets and turn it into a broadcast-ready commercial without needing to pass it to three other departments. If you thrive on owning the final product and crafting the full sensory experience, this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do

  1. Execute End-to-End Post-Production

    • Take ownership of video projects from ingest to final export. You will be responsible for the edit, the sound mix, the color balance, and the motion graphics.

    • Transform raw studio footage and UGC into dynamic, high-performance ads for Social Media (TikTok/Reels) and Connected TV.

  2. Master Audio & Sound Design

    • Go beyond simple music sync. Use sound effects (SFX), foley, and dynamic audio mixing to drive the pacing and emotion of the edit.

    • Select and edit music tracks to create the perfect "vibe" that aligns with the brand's identity.

  3. Implement Visual Polish (Motion & Color)

    • Apply polished motion graphics (kinetic text, logo builds) to reinforce the message.

    • Perform creative color grading to ensure the video looks premium and consistent with the brand's aesthetic.

  4. Creative Conceptualization

    • Work with the creative team to propose visual solutions. You don't just follow a script; you propose cuts, transitions, and effects that elevate the concept.

    • Adapt and iterate on successful concepts to create new "winning" variations.

Who You Are

  1. A True "Realizador Audiovisual"

    • 3–6 years of experience in a generalist post-production role (agency, production house, or freelance).

    • You are comfortable wearing multiple hats: Editor, Sound Designer, Colorist, and Motion Designer.

  2. Technical Generalist

    • Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro is non-negotiable.

    • Strong proficiency in After Effects (for graphics), Audition (for sound), and DaVinci/Lumetri (for color).

    • You understand codecs, bitrates, and export settings for every platform.

  3. A Rhythm Master

    • Your edits have a heartbeat. You understand how to cut to music and how to use pacing to keep a viewer engaged for the full 30 seconds.

  4. Detail-Oriented & Organized

    • You manage your own projects and timelines effectively.

    • You are meticulous about Quality Control (QC)—no flash frames, no audio peaks, no typos.

  5. Bilingual Communicator

    • Strong English proficiency (C1/C2) is required. You will be collaborating with US-based producers and must be able to articulate creative choices clearly in English.

Perks & Benefits

  • Growth Opportunities: Influence the creative direction of global brands and lead complex audiovisual projects.

  • Relentless Innovation Culture: Move fast, test constantly, and collaborate with some of the most creative minds in social media and video production.

High Scale is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and believe it’s key to building teams that change the world—one stunning frame at a time.
