We’re partnering with a company that supports clients in the U.S. by building modern business applications on top of the Microsoft ecosystem. They are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional-Technical Consultant to join this initiative and help deliver high-performing, scalable solutions.

As a Senior Functional-Technical Consultant, you will work across both business and technical layers of Dynamics 365 CE. You will lead configuration and functional design for core modules like Customer Service and Sales, while also contributing to technical implementations such as process automation, extensions, and integrations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, performance, and a great end-user experience. For very senior profiles, there is also the possibility to take on a solution leadership role, mentoring teammates and helping define technical direction.

🚀 Required Qualifications:

• Advanced English level (B2+ / C1).

• Senior profile with strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE in a functional-technical capacity.

• Solid experience with D365 CE Configuration (customizations, security roles, forms, views, tables).

• Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales modules.

• Strong understanding of Technical Dynamics features such as Business Process Flows (BPF), Business Rules (BR), and Workflows (WF).

• Experience building D365 CE Extensions and backend logic with .NET / C#.

• Experience with JavaScript for client-side customizations and integrations.

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, especially PowerApps Model-Driven and Power Automate.

🚀 Very Nice to Have:

• Field Service experience.

• Omnichannel / Microsoft Contact Center experience.

• PCF Controls development.

• React experience.

• Azure Functions and/or Logic Apps.

• PowerApps Canvas.

• Power Pages.
