Position Overview:

The Appointment Setter plays a key role in our client acquisition process by reaching out to prospective clients, answering basic inquiries, and scheduling consultations with certified travel advisors. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable with remote communication, and passionate about helping others explore travel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce our services
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for travel advisors using online calendars and scheduling tools
Follow-Up: Respond to basic questions and ensure interested clients are prepared for consultations
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and scheduled meetings in CRM tools

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
