Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2–4 years of experience in a design role (agency, in-house, or freelance), preferably in tech, fintech or performance-driven teams
  • Strong visual design fundamentals - good eye for composition, type, spacing, colour and layout
  • Proficiency in Figma and ability to work with existing design systems
  • Curiosity to explore new formats and tooling - from mobile layouts to motion and campaign visuals

What you’ll do:

  • Create high-quality visual assets across our product and marketing channels: from app store screenshots and banner campaigns to social content and product illustrations.

  • Work closely with senior designers across different domains (Growth, Product, Partnership), supporting projects from concept to final output.

  • Execute visuals based on predefined concepts, contributing to layout polish, typographic clarity, and cohesive visual structure.

  • Learn how to apply brand thinking across different platforms - and gradually take ownership over specific domains.

  • Participate in peer reviews, design critiques, and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, high-trust environment where feedback is direct and craft matters.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong visual design fundamentals - good eye for composition, type, spacing, colour and layout

  • Proficiency in Figma and ability to work with existing design systems

  • Good sense of visual hierarchy and consistency across assets

  • Curiosity to explore new formats and tooling - from mobile layouts to motion and campaign visuals

  • Openness to feedback and interest in developing domain-specific expertise (e.g. app visuals, ads, motion, social)
