Job description

Company Overview

Our client is a leader in EV charging infrastructure and fleet electrification, providing cutting-edge solutions for large-scale fleet operators transitioning to zero-emission transport. As a trusted partner in the industry, we specialize in charge management systems, energy optimization, and technical consulting to ensure seamless EV infrastructure deployment. We work with some of the largest fleets globally, solving complex technical challenges to enable a smooth transition to electric mobility.

Role Vision

We build durable, cross-functional product teams and empower them to deliver meaningful customer outcomes. This role supports the product team by ensuring strong execution, coordination, discovery support, and delivery across the product lifecycle — from early problem exploration through release and launch — helping teams turn strategy into shipped, customer-valued outcomes.

The Associate Product Manager works closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to support delivery against the four pillars of product success: ensuring our products are Valuable (something customers choose to buy and use), Viable (solutions that work within business constraints), Usable (products users can easily adopt), and Feasible (products we can reliably build and release). It is ideal for someone with a few years of professional experience who is looking to specialize in product. The role suits a candidate with strong project management instincts and customer curiosity who wants to grow into broader product ownership over time.
