AI Content Creator

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is seeking a creative marketing professional who can combine AI-powered content creation with performance-driven optimization. This role is designed for someone who enjoys experimenting with emerging tools, improving content through testing, and contributing directly to marketing performance through high-quality digital execution.

Role Overview

The AI Content Creator will develop and execute AI-generated visual and video content while supporting testing, reporting, and landing page improvements to strengthen content performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

AI Content Creation & Strategy

• Use AI tools to create professional content for videos and images aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

• Develop and execute AI-driven content strategies across social media, websites, and other marketing channels.

A/B Testing & Content Optimization

• Conduct A/B testing on AI-generated content to improve engagement and performance.

• Support landing page edits and adjustments that align with tested content variations and improve conversion outcomes.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track and analyze performance metrics related to AI-generated content.

• Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve future content performance.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports broader marketing goals and brand consistency.

• Execute content production and campaign deliverables while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

Experience

• 2+ years of experience creating AI-generated content, particularly for video and image-based marketing assets.

• Experience with A/B testing and content strategy development.

Skills

• Strong experience using AI tools for content generation and creative production.

• Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion-focused content improvements.

• Familiarity with analytics tools used to measure content performance.

• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization is a plus.
