  • Paid Media, Performance, and Event Integration: bring paid media strategy and execution in-house; optimize spend toward qualified pipeline; continuously test messaging, audience targeting, and creative; embed webinars and executive events into broader campaign arcs; own pre- and post-event orchestration to convert engagement into meetings
  • ABM Revenue Alignment: partner with Sales to define target accounts and buying group strategy; design campaigns that support account penetration and pipeline acceleration; ensure tight feedback loops between marketing and revenue teams

What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Growth Architect to design and orchestrate the campaigns that power this growth. This is not a traditional demand generation role. This is a strategic marketing operator who architects integrated GTM campaigns across paid, owned, sales, and field channels, while driving measurable pipeline and accelerating revenue.

You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Growth Operations to build a high-performing ABM/ABX engine across renewals and net-new business. If you think in systems, obsess over pipeline impact, and know how to turn positioning into performance, this role is for you.

What you’ll do to be successful

1.) GTM Campaign Architecture

  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to ICP segments and verticals
  • Build 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 ABM plays in partnership with Sales
  • Translate product positioning into scalable campaign narratives
  • Orchestrate campaigns across paid media, lifecycle, content, webinars, and executive events

2.) Paid Media, Performance, and Event Integration

  • Bring paid media strategy and execution in-house (search, social, programmatic, retargeting)
  • Optimize spend toward qualified pipeline and bookings, not vanity metrics
  • Continuously test messaging, audience targeting, and creative
  • Embed webinars, broker events, and executive roundtables into broader campaign arcs
  • Own pre and post event orchestration to convert engagement into meetings
  • Success will be measured by 

3.) ABM & Revenue Alignment

  • Partner with Sales to define target accounts and buying group strategy
  • Design campaigns that support account penetration and pipeline acceleration
  • Ensure tight feedback loops between marketing and revenue teams

Overall success will be measured by:

  • Predictable, measurable pipeline aligned to revenue targets
  • ABM programs driving qualified meetings within target accounts
  • Paid media performance that outperforms agency benchmarks
  • Campaign reporting that clearly connects activity to bookings
  • Strong Sales partnership and clear GTM coordination

Experience & skills you’ll need

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or revenue marketing. Preferred experience in HR tech, fintech or complex B2B categories
  • Experience designing and executing ABM/ABX programs
  • Hands-on paid media expertise with pipeline accountability
  • Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data fluency: you interpret performance, not just report it 
  • Bonus if you have experience bringing agency functions in-house, and supporting hybrid renewal and net-new revenue models

The Details 

  • Location: Remote 
  • Starting Salary:  $95,000 - $130,000
