As part of our Growth Team, you'll be challenged daily to find innovative ways to improve our games and maximize player reach. Our team combines creative and analytical thinking to develop effective marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. 

What you’ll be doing

• Managing existing user acquisition channels and discovering new opportunities
• Conducting in-depth campaign analysis to evaluate performance and ROI
• Developing and implementing bidding strategies for optimal campaign performance
• Defining KPIs and analyzing campaigns for better understanding of the target audience
• Collaborating with creative team in ad production 

Desired skills and experiences

• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering, Management or Economics
• Excellent communication and team work skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

This is an on-site role in Istanbul, Sarıyer. Unfortunately, we do not offer a fully-remote working option.
