RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS


  • Atuar no atendimento de incidentes (N2 e N3), realizando análise, diagnóstico e correção de problemas em produção;
  • Executar troubleshooting técnico utilizando ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoramento;
  • Desenvolver correções (bugfixes) e melhorias pontuais nas aplicações;
  • Implementar automações para ganho de eficiência operacional e redução de incidentes recorrentes;
  • Acompanhar e atuar em incidentes críticos, incluindo participação em war rooms;
  • Realizar análise de causa raiz (RCA) e propor ações preventivas;
  • Acompanhar tickets e demandas via ferramenta ITSM, garantindo SLA e qualidade no atendimento;
  • Apoiar e acompanhar processos de deploy e mudanças em produção (GMUDs / Change Requests);
  • Atuar em regime de sobreaviso para suporte a incidentes críticos fora do horário comercial;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com times de desenvolvimento, arquitetura e operação para evolução contínua das soluções;

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experiência no acompanhamento e resolução de incidentes críticos (N2 e N3);
  • Vivência na gestão de tickets e demandas por meio de ferramentas ITSM;
  • Experiência com processos de deploy e gestão de mudanças em produção (GMUDs / Change Requests);
  • Habilidade em troubleshooting técnico, utilizando ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoramento;
