Your role in our team
As our new Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving complex commercial projects and ensuring successful delivery from initial sales support to final customer handovers. Acting as the central link between internal and external stakeholders, you will secure alignment, progress, and high-quality outcomes throughout the entire project lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring strong collaboration and efficient execution across disciplines while driving projects with a clear focus on delivery - ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met. You will provide direction and support within a matrix organization, ensure clear communication with stakeholders, and drive structure and progress across the project.
You will become part of Terma’s Program Excellence, within the Navl & C2 area, consisting of 19 project managers working across various business areas in an open and collaborative environment, where knowledge sharing, mutual support, and a strong sense of ownership are key. The team works in a dynamic and informal setting, with flexibility to work from home.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

- Driving projects and solutions towards our customers, this includes project budget, schedule, risk handling, logistic solutions, shipping, export control etc.
- Involvement in proposal work, towards new customer contracts and projects
- Ensure progress and clear visibility of the project and deliveries
- Escalate the activities in the right forums, and ensure decisions are pushed for and managed effectively
- Creating an overview and controlling workforces on engineering level and managing your part of the budget.
- Working across departments to ensure clear alignment
- The job will require that you a few times a year travel to either Søborg or Lystrup, depending on your location, and a few customer visits, depending on the need.
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

- You hold an education within Project Management or a similar field of study
- Solid experience within project management
- Experience of working with many external stakeholders
- Experience regarding coordinating vendors and suppliers as needed
- Experience in handling ERP systems is an advantage
- Experience in having an overview of various projects as well as ensuring a timely delivery
As a person, you are confident and comfortable taking the lead, with the ability to step up and make decisions when needed. You are self-driven and take ownership of your work, ensuring progress and momentum. You have strong project leadership skills and are experienced in managing complex projects and working with large customers. You remain calm under pressure and keep projects on track.
You are proactive and take initiative, identifying potential challenges early and acting on them to ensure continued progress.
