Work with SQL for reporting and troubleshooting; explain certification results to auditors and compliance teams; document processes and system configurations.

Job Title: SailPoint Security Consultant (IGA/IAM) – Remote
Location: Mounds View, MN
Contract: 04-13-2026 to 12-31-2026
Rate: DOE

Job Summary

Work as a SailPoint expert focusing on identity governance and access certifications.
Manage and improve user access reviews and security controls.
Ensure the right people have the right access in systems.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
Handle access certifications for users, roles, and applications.
Set up identity and entitlement data connections (API, connectors, files, databases).
Define rules for user access, roles, and identity matching.
Set up review workflows, approvals, reminders, and escalation steps.
Automate access removal when needed.
Fix data issues affecting access reviews.
Work with SQL for reporting and troubleshooting.
Explain certification results to auditors and compliance teams.
Document processes and system configurations.
Work with business and IT teams on access governance.

Must Have Skills

Bachelor's degree.
5+ years in IAM / IGA.
Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
Strong knowledge of:
- Access certifications
- Identity and role management
- RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
Experience with integrations (API, connector, file, database).
Basic scripting knowledge (REST APIs / PowerShell).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
