Strategy & Operations Manager (Contract)

Compensation: $48.74/hour

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Strategy & Operations Manager with a strong background in customer experience, operations, and data-driven strategy. This role will play a key part in shaping initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Help define and execute strategies to improve customer experience and operational performance
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities and recommend improvements
- Drive initiatives that deliver measurable business impact
Performance & Metrics
- Monitor and optimize KPIs tied to customer experience and operational success
- Identify performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Lead initiatives that drive measurable KPI improvements
- Ensure strong data governance, version control, and data integrity
Analytics & Technical Execution
- Build and maintain analytical models using SQL and Google Sheets/Excel
- Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking systems
- Automate reporting workflows; leverage Python (preferred) for efficiency
- Perform deep-dive analyses on large datasets to inform strategic decisions
- Design and execute A/B tests and ETL processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across teams to drive alignment and execution
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or related fields
- Experience working in a tech company environment
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in:
- SQL (required)
- Excel / Google Sheets
- ETL processes
- A/B testing
- Python experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering results
- Ability to solve complex problems quickly and independently
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building AI models (preferred)
