Job Title: Oracle Cloud PLM Techno-Functional Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced professionals with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) techno-functional consulting. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of PLM solutions, combining deep functional knowledge with technical proficiency. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud PLM solutions, including:
Requirement gathering and analysis
Solution design and development
Testing and deployment
Configure and customize Oracle Cloud PLM modules, with a focus on:
Product Development (PD)
Product Data Hub (PDH)
Implement and enhance Redwood UX/UI features within Oracle Cloud applications
Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy PLM systems, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation
Develop and maintain technical components such as:
SQL queries
Stored procedures (PL/SQL)
Oracle APEX applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions
Provide ongoing production and non-production support, including:
System monitoring
Troubleshooting
Performance optimization
Required Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM with both technical and functional consulting experience
8+ years of proven experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Cloud PLM solutions
In-depth knowledge of:
Product Development (PD)
Product Data Hub (PDH)
Redwood UI/UX features
5+ years of hands-on experience in data migration from legacy systems
5+ years of strong understanding of Oracle Cloud data models and database structures
Proficiency in:
SQL and PL/SQL
Oracle APEX development
Experience in system support, monitoring, and troubleshooting across environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($60 - 62/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
