Microsoft 365 Engineer

Must‑Have Qualifications

· Senior Program Manager / Technical Program Manager / Delivery Lead experience

· Proven experience leading tenants or workspace migrations or large‑scale collaboration platform transitions

· Hands‑on exposure to collaboration platforms such as M365, Google Workspace, Slack, and/or Zoom

· Strong understanding of IAM concepts, security considerations, and enterprise access models

· Experience planning and managing user impact, cutover strategies, and adoption risks

· Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in complex environments

Nice to Have

Prior experience supporting M&A‑driven collaboration tool integrations or post‑merger platform consolidation
