Roles & Responsibilities

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience with direct client-facing responsibilities and project management, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to manage inquiries across email, chat, phone, and other platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) and high attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays) and evolving procedures.

Requirements:

  • Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) and resolve inquiries with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Support project management activities by coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail, perform repetitive tasks consistently, and document processes as needed.
  • Work effectively in Peak Support’s remote work model, complete required training, and adapt to evolving procedures and schedules (including weekends/holidays).

We're Looking For Individuals With:


  • Proven experience in customer service with direct client-facing and project management, preferably in a BPO setting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Versatility in managing inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other platforms
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work in voice, non-voice, or blended programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with at least average skills in MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with some technical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to completing all required initial training
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays


Requirements


To be successful, you must possess the following:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of customer service experience is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and consistency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability to evolving procedures and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and concerns
