Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in operations management within a multi-office or multinational group
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment legislation and compliance, with ability to update policies
  • Proven expertise in data protection, GDPR and information security with staff training
  • Experience leading cyber security audits, risk management, and insurance renewal processes

Requirements:

  • Oversee and drive design and continuous improvement of all business operations across the Group, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with customer requirements
  • Act as facilitator and primary point of coordination for operational issues, providing guidance to stakeholders and ensuring timely updates on client terms, terminations and MSP relationships
  • Ensure governance and compliance by updating internal policies, mirroring client contracts into contractor templates, reviewing TOBs for UK/US/Singapore, and generating variation letters
  • Lead risk, compliance and reporting activities including PSL RFI/tenders across regions; coordinate data protection/GDPR/information security training; manage cyber security audits and insurance renewals; and deliver monthly management reporting packs and dashboards with Senior Leadership Team

Job Title: Operations Manager


Reports to: Lauren Seal, Partner & Director Operations


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities


 Support the Operations Director with the oversight, design and redesign, if required, all business operations within our Group. Along with ensuring business operations are efficient in terms of using as little resources as needed, and effective in terms of meeting internal and external customer requirements.

 Act as a facilitator and additional point of co-ordination, in line with the Operations Director, for all operational issues, providing appropriate support, advice and guidance to all company stakeholders.

 Ensuring client updates regarding signed terms, termination of agreements and MSP relationships on the system are kept up to date

 Responsible for keeping abreast of new recruitment legislation which may affect operational and compliance processes, and providing training and policy updates to the business where required

 Ensure that company internal policies are kept up to date in line with new recruitment legislation which may affect operational and compliance processes

 Mirror client contracts into our contractor’s contract templates

 Review client TOBs for the UK, US and Singapore offices, and generate variation letters

 TOB updates to the business and answer any queries from the business

 Coordinate all PSL & RFI proposals and tenders across London, the US and Singapore

 Carry out training for new and existing employees to ensure that everyone is aware of and complies with their responsibilities under the Data Protection Act, GDPR and Information Security, providing ongoing support and guidance where required

 Manage insurance renewals for all policies and entities globally, ensuring these are at the relevant levels to mitigate risk whilst maintaining commercial pricing

 Responsible for Cyber Security audits, including Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation and annual Pen tests

 Create and distribute monthly management reporting packs

 Work with SLT on an ongoing basis to ensure dashboards and reports are designed to support driving performance and making data led decisions

 Responsible for entity compliance including Singapore EA and BR renewals
