Role Overview

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Tech Lead to design and implement end-to-end data engineering and BI solutions using Snowflake and Power BI. This role involves building scalable, high-performance data platforms, defining robust data frameworks, and translating business requirements into reliable data solutions.

The candidate will act as a Tech Lead within a POD, collaborating with offshore Snowflake Data Engineers and Power BI Developers to drive development and deliver backlog items.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data platforms using Snowflake on AWS
  

• Build and manage scalable data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration frameworks
  

• Develop high-performance ELT pipelines using modern data tools
  

• Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  

• Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions
  

• Lead POD activities and guide offshore teams for development and delivery
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience designing end-to-end data platforms using Snowflake on AWS Cloud
  

• Hands-on expertise in data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration frameworks
  

• Proficiency with Snowflake tools such as Snowpipe, SnowSQL, and Snowpark for large-scale data processing
  

• Hands-on experience with ELT tools like dbt and data integration tools such as Fivetran
  

• Exposure to Power BI development and reporting
  

• Strong experience optimizing data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  

• Solid understanding of distributed data processing concepts
  

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
