Product Owner (English Speaking) at Integritas Solutions

Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner to support digital product delivery across consumer-facing platforms, including retail banking experiences. This role will own and prioritize the product backlog, define requirements, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and written to interact with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements
• Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Identify gaps in functionality and drive solutions to improve the customer experience
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and clarifications
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Experience with digital products (financial services or consumer platforms preferred)
