Katapult is a nearshore software development agency that combines the best talent in LATAM, with world-class execution and leadership experience, with an AI-first approach to product engineering. Katapult works with PMF+ startups and businesses in the United States with a team-augmentation model. That means we either become or augment their current product engineering team.
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will work closely with the lead engineer and collaborate directly with US-based founders to design and build end to end features across the platform from marketplace and applicant flows to compliance tooling and property management dashboards. You will be responsible for delivering clean, intuitive interfaces for diverse user types, maintaining backend services and APIs that support complex compliance workflows, and contributing to platform architecture decisions. This is a product heavy engineering role with significant ownership over code quality, scalability, and the end to end user experience serving populations that depend on accessible, reliable housing solutions.
