Job Description:
You will own end-to-end technical hiring for Fleek's Engineering and Product teams in London. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll move beyond simple seat-filling to architect hiring frameworks, calibrate with leadership, and integrate AI into workflows. This role is pivotal in scaling the team fixing the world's broken secondhand supply chain.
