Job Title: Medical Virtual Receptionist (Appointment Setter)

We are seeking a highly responsive and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Receptionist (Appointment Setter) to support our client's growing practice. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and experience handling patient interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Appointment scheduling and confirmation
- Sending reminders and follow-ups to patients
- Responding to patient inquiries via email and CRM
- Managing incoming leads through Go High Level (GHL)
- Booking appointments quickly to prevent lead drop-off
- Following up with leads during off-hours to improve conversion
- Handling objections and guiding patients toward booking
- Maintaining clear and professional communication at all times

Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent English communication skills (clear voice, no heavy accent)
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service
- Strong rapport-building and persuasion skills
- Ability to respond quickly and manage time-sensitive inquiries
- Experience handling patient inquiries and objections
- Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM tools (preferred)
- Basic medical knowledge or experience in a healthcare setting
- Reliable internet connection and strong work ethic
- Availability for weekends and off-hours work
Basic Requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
