Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating the customer database (CRM).
Adding new contacts for cosmetologists and clinics.
Organizing data on orders, promotions, and seminars.
Ensuring customer information remains up to date (phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts).
Processing and accepting orders.
Working with Excel/Google Sheets and the company's CRM system.
Preparing database segments for email/SMS/Viber campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience working with databases or CRM (preferred).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets at an above-average level.
Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to handle large volumes of information.
Fast typing speed, strong writing skills.
Desire to grow in the beauty and cosmetology industry.
Working conditions:
Training on products and job specifics.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
