Roles & Responsibilities

Proven experience as a Technical Solutions Architect or similar in RevOps/GTM environments, with a strong emphasis on revenue technology transformation and HubSpot.
Ability to translate business needs into technical strategies and actionable roadmaps; highly consultative mindset.
Experience leading end-to-end delivery from pre-sales through post-implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams.
Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and AI-powered automation; data-driven approach to optimize revenue operations.

Requirements:

Lead technical discovery and design scalable RevOps/GTM solutions with a special focus on HubSpot.
Translate business requirements into technical architectures and implement them with precision across the project lifecycle (pre-sales to post-implementation).
Oversee end-to-end delivery of HubSpot-focused revenue technology transformations, ensuring flawless execution and alignment across sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
Advise on data-driven strategies, platform optimizations, and integrations (HubSpot, Gong, Clay) to accelerate growth and improve efficiency.
