Sign Estimator & Layout Designer (ZR-636)

Horizon Tech is looking for a skilled Sign Estimator who can also bring concepts to life visually. This is not just about numbers; you'll play a key role in both pricing jobs and creating sign layouts/sketches that help win them. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with U.S.-based teammates, this role is for you. 

What You'll Be Responsible For: 

• Preparing accurate estimates for a wide range of signage projects
  
• Reading and interpreting drawings, specs, and client requirements
  
• Creating sign layouts, sketches with pain & paper or with any tool to support proposals
  
• Collaborating with sales and production teams to align pricing and visuals
  
• Communicating clearly with U.S.-based teammates and clients
  
• Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  
• Suggesting cost-effective design and production solutions

Tools & Systems You'll Use: 

• Pain and Paper (estimating + drawing/layouts)
  
• Sign design tools (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSign, or similar)
  
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  
• Communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams, Email)

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 5+ years of experience in sign estimating and/or sign design
  
• Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication, and installation
  
• Ability to both estimate AND create clean, professional sign layouts
  
• Experience with Pain and Paper sketches (highly preferred)
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Clear and professional communication skills (English)
  
• Self-starter, disciplined, and accountable
  
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

• Job Timings: On-site 7:30 PM till 4:30AM. 
• Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
