Job description

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support outbound sales operations, client communication, and follow-ups for an international client base. This role includes a mix of sales support and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls (approximately 50% of workload)
  • Handle inbound calls and client follow-ups (approximately 50%)
  • Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage social media inquiries (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Maintain communication with existing clients
  • Support lead nurturing and basic sales follow-ups
  • Assist in maintaining customer relationships and engagement

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction
  • Good internet connection and quiet working environment
  • Prior experience in customer support or sales is a plus
  • Spanish speaking preferred (client base: 70% Spanish / 30% English)
  • English-only candidates: eligible for part-time only
  • Spanish + English fluent candidates: eligible for full-time role

Job Details:

  • Job Timings: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST (5:30 pm to 2:30 am PKT)
  • Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
