Job description

A nationally recognized boutique plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its high-performing team. This is a hands-on role offering real case ownership, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to work on high-stakes matters alongside top trial lawyers.

What You'll Do:
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and working directly with clients and partners on litigation strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Florida Bar admission
  • 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in civil litigation
  • Strong writing, research, and case management skills
  • Proven ability to handle cases independently
  • Strong academic credentials (honors + competitive law school background)

Plus Factors:
Federal court experience, clerkships, complex litigation, or prior experience with top-tier firms or government agencies.
