Role: E2S Architect (Cloud / Cyber / IAM)
Location: Europe, Remote
Required Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity, with at least 6+ years in complex, high-security environments
- Deep expertise in modern authentication and authorization protocols, including OIDC, OAuth2 (with Token Exchange), and SAML
- Strong proficiency in implementing and managing identity platforms such as Keycloak and/or Ory
- Solid experience working with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including cloud-native identity capabilities
- Hands-on experience with workload identity mechanisms such as AWS IRSA, Azure Workload Identity, and GKE Workload Identity
- Proven track record implementing Relationship-Based Access Control (ReBAC) models using tools like OpenFGA, Authzed, or Zanzibar-inspired architectures
- Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks, including SecNumCloud, NIS2, GDPR, and Zero Trust principles
- Experience designing and managing IAM infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and/or Crossplane
- Practical knowledge of integration architectures involving API Gateways and IAM for secure, scalable access control
