Location & Travel

  • Fully remote role with significant travel throughout the Western U.S. (~50% travel on average)
  • Home base must be located west of the Mississippi River
  • Frequent air travel is required, proximity to a major airport is strongly preferred
  • Preferred home base locations: Las Vegas, NV; Phoenix, AZ; Tucson, AZ; Denver, CO; Portland, OR; Albuquerque, NM
  • Travel from home to your designated airport is considered your normal commute and is not reimbursable
  • All other business-related travel expenses are covered, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and meals

A Quick Snapshot of the Role

One week you might be:

  • On-site at a delivery operation in Phoenix coaching a team and auditing performance
  • Partnering with a service provider to improve KPIs and customer outcomes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalations
  • Reporting out territory performance and insights to leadership

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Oversee performance and operations across an assigned territory of delivery service providers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer and partner contacts
  • Drive operational excellence through training, auditing, and performance management
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess operations, identify gaps, and implement improvements
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve service issues and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze and communicate performance metrics and KPIs across the network
  • Support onboarding and development of new service providers
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives within your territory

 What You Bring (Core Experience)

  • 3–5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or final mile operations (3PL experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing performance across multiple locations, vendors, or partners
  • Strong ability to analyze metrics and drive KPI improvement
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and clients
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote + field-based role
  • Ability to travel consistently (50%+)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total compensation:  $65,000 – $80,000 annually (base salary + bonus)
  • Quarterly bonus tied to organizational performance with strong historical payouts
  • Company-paid travel (excluding standard commute to airport) via corporate card
