Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI / IVA Engineer with strong expertise in Amelia (SoundHound) or similar enterprise-grade conversational AI platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating intelligent virtual assistants (IVAs) and chatbots for service desk automation and customer engagement solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design Conversational Experiences: Create effective dialog flows, system prompts, and user journeys for chatbots and voicebots.
Model Training & Optimization: Train, test, and fine-tune NLP models to improve accuracy and user experience.
Solution Architecture: Design scalable conversational AI solutions for IT service management and customer support use cases.
