Experience in Java application development, web applications, batch applications, and support
Experience with Oracle DB query development, including Hibernate in Spring Framework

Requirements:
Develop, maintain, and expand Java/J2EE/Spring-based web and batch applications, including RESTful services
Design and implement Oracle DB queries (Hibernate in Spring) and support data access for microservices
Create and execute automated tests (unit, functional, regression, performance) using Playwright and related frameworks
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Kubernetes; support agile processes using Version One and participate in mainframe integration and migration planning

"Required Experience
• Minimum of 7 years in Java development and 3 years of fullstack expereience.
• Experience in JAVA application development, web application, batch applications and support is required.
• Experience with oracle DB query development (including Hibernate in Spring Framework).
• Expereience with test automation in unit tests, functional tests, regression tests and performance tests
• Expeirence with implementing in Playwright and CICD with Jenkins
• Experience with Version One and Agile development.
Required Technical Skills
• Must be expert in Java, especially J2EE, and Spring Framework.
• Must be expert in Java, including J2EE, Spring framework, and Struts to maintain and expand current applications.
• Must be expert in web page development, including Struts, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSP, HTML, JQUERY, CSS, etc.
• Must be experienced with Kubernetes, micro-services, event-driven application with Kafka.
• Must have expertise in building RESTful API Applications with promises of high throughput, strong resilience, and secure controls
• Must have experience in writing functional tests with automation testing framework, like Playwright
• Knowledge of best practices in Version Controls.
Required Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, especially for collaborating on mainframe integration with Java developers and migration planning.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail."
Additional Required Skills/Experience:
o A minimum of Eight (8) years' relevant experience.
o A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is required.
o Typically performs all functional duties independently.
